Another standout design from TAP Architects involved the removal of a dated conservatory, replaced by a striking contemporary extension finished in natural sandstone and large sliding doors. These generous sized openings flood the interior with light, highlighting the exposed Douglas fir ceiling joists and creating a seamless connection to the newly landscaped garden by Water Gems.
The renovation extended throughout the entire home, with every room thoughtfully re-worked. Underfloor heating & new hardwood flooring and large format porcelain tiles were installed across the full ground-floor layout, alongside a new kitchen and utility supplied by Arkispec including three carefully designed bathrooms, walk-in wardrobes, and new sash windows throughout. A dedicated bike room was also created for our cycling-enthusiast client, ensuring the home reflects both modern living and personal lifestyle. We are delighted with the finished result and proud of the hard work involved.
